For this project students learned how to read the color wheel to understand basic color relationships. We focused on primary, secondary, tertiary, warm, cool and complimentary colors. The four sections of their leaf project are complimentary colors, warm colors, cool colors and primary colors where the leaves overlap to create the secondary colors.

Hello, my name is Megan Albright. I teach all of the 6th grade art  classes, two 3D Art classes and one sections of 8th grade art at the Marlboro Middle School. I have been teaching in the Marlboro School District for 13 years and it is such a pleasure to witness my students excitement and growth during the year.  Please take some time to check out the magic that happens in our art room!
